This ice pack is a high-performance cooling solution designed using sodium polyacrylate super absorbent polymer (SAP). Once hydrated, it forms a gel that locks in large amounts of water and maintains a cooling effect for long durations. Compared with traditional ice, this product is lightweight, reusable (depending on type), leak-proof, and far more efficient at retaining cold temperature.
Engineered with environmental safety in mind, this sodium polyacrylate-based ice pack is suitable for cold-chain logistics, food delivery, pharmaceuticals, medical transportation, outdoor sports, and daily cooling needs.
Each pack rapidly absorbs water and converts it into a gel capable of holding up to 200-500 times its weight (depending on grade).
The gel structure retains cold temperature for hours, outlasting conventional ice in many applications.

It is non-toxic and environmentally safe. If the pack is punctured, simply rinse away the gel; it does not release harmful chemicals.
Cooling duration varies by model and environment. Many packs can remain cool for 4-12 hours, while premium grades can last longer.
Some models are reusable (rehydrate-refreeze), while others are single-use for logistics. Custom types can be supplied per requirements.
Soak the pack in clean water for 3-5 minutes, allow swelling and water absorption, then place it in a freezer for chilling before use.
Standard SAP is not naturally biodegradable. A biodegradable, eco-friendly version can be manufactured upon request.
It is optimized for water absorption. Salt-water or alcohol solutions reduce absorption performance but special custom formulations are available.
